wow we won!!! we are the Cup champions!!! nv imagined it man..and to think we won the match 2-1..and drew first blood around the 4th minute. amazing. final aggregate score 5-2. wow.

fantastic atmosphere man. saw quite a few ppl around the place aso. the police checks initially were quite useless; luckily my coy law txtbk saved me haha. thank goodness for walter woon. but the police barricades later were damn effective and frustrating.

will blog more another time. so much to say!! but soo tired now. tmrw is the start of a new wk. f- sianz. i hate sch. either i study sm more corp now (i hvnt finished my readings!!) or i go slp..zzzzz

so all Indonesia has to do is score 2 goals to force extra time, or even worse win by 3 clear goals to win the Cup. okie lah, dun say i dun hv confidence in my own country, at least i think that they wun allow Indonesia to win by 3 clear goals lah. but i wldnt ignore the fact that Indonesia could score 2 goals, force extra time and score another goal to win. bleah. in our own backyard.

so excited to go stadium! hvnt been there since the Tiger Cup in 2002. but it was bcos of that time that i think the Lions wun win this time. cos there was so much hype and we went down 0-4. and dat was onli the openin match of the tournament. wah i cant forget how angry i was that time, and i even emailed the TNP sports reporter (and got a reply in return!). so aft that, i juz lost interest cos all the other matches played in between were not significant and of course we din perform well anyway. until this tournament. from the start till now. now this is the final, even more impt, and even more hype. and the fact dat the Indonesians will come out attacking like crazy mks it even worse. i dun hv confidence in the Lions. i think they will lose, even tho i hope they dun.

hope they prove me wrong. wah the odds for Indonesia to win is like damn good lah. i shld juz tk Indonesia to win. if they win by 1 goal, we still win, and i win $$ and i happy cos we win Cup. if they win by 2 goal, we may or may not win in extra time, but i happy cos i win $$. if they win by 3 goal, i sad we nv win Cup, but i happy cos i win $$. haha see! good deal rite? shld juz buy Indonesia to win man haha.

ahhh dun rain! if not the seats wld be wet! i’m gonna wear my red Lions tshirt from 2 yrs back and muz go early to chope good seats!! mebbe can see my on tv ya? haha sianz still got to study corp and coy law!! think i bring my txtbk there? haha and hope that the nxt time i blog again, Singapore would be the Tiger Cup 2005 champions!!

went shoppin b4 meetin ivan at bugis for last min movie. Kung Fu Hustle. some parts quite funny, but most of the time i thought it wasn’t really worth the money. okie lah give face, not worth more than $6.50 anyway. i thought shaolin soccer was much betta. haha but i reallie like the shouting superpower thingy, dat’s really cooL! good way to get attention haha.

in other news, i accidentally scratched myself!! got this huge, ugly red welt on my leg. dunno how i did it aso. ouch. :pout1

met Rob for Ocean’s 12. great movie. hilarious and entertaining. gosh, catherine zeta-jones is one hot babe. love that killer pair of stilettos she wore for the scene with brad pitt at the airport. wow wonder how she walked so steadily in it man. but the design was nice; i saw a similar one at Aldo, but it costs like over a hundred bucks!! :psycho1

apparently heard dat O12 is betta den O11 and even Rob thought so too. but since i din watch O11, it was fine with me lor. walked around Suntec aft that. he wanted to get a bk and i had to buy a present. :smile1 asked him to help me decide which is nicer.

actually i planned ho seh alrdy leh. supposed to meet NicZ at 5 den meet HY earlier to write the cards but Nic cancelled at the last min and HY was held up at the last min too. bleah. so juz walk randomly around Suntec and Citilink Mall den he had to go home for dinner.

met the camp ppl for dinner at Marche Suntec. haha. we ordered so much food and i ate so much. in the end, Yen and Eugene had to clear it up when we couldn’t finish. shared 2 cocktails and wanted to go back for another one. oh ya Mag brought this exchange student from the US aso. she calls herself Annie, tho her Vietnamese name is Trang. she’s from Uni of Minnesota. so cool. it was a little hard at first to understand her accent and vice versa, but it got betta.

went to usher for Aladdin. fantastic show, i enjoyed it a lot more den Cinderel-lah last yr. realli easy to sell the funpack, esp when you appeal to the kids directly, or appeal to the parents using the kids as an excuse. sigh. kids are so lucky. haha reallie liked the line by karen tan abt how if they dun hv the glowstick, they can “call 1900-my-parents-are- cheap” haha hilarious. karen tan did a great job as the wizard, i didn’t even realise at first dat it was her. dunno how she act, sing and hopped around the stage and be pregnant at the same time. felt so worried for her baby man. and i loved denise’s performance as genie of the ring aso. cool stuff.

in between shows we rushed to suntec to pick up presents. had dinner at delifrance and saw robin goh, the star of the show as well. was so tempted to invite him for dinner with us, but he sat near the counter and we had to go back soon anyway. met the kids of the show when we went to the holding room to help out in the glowstick thingy. the kids were so cute!!! all wanting to help out, and all wanting glowsticks. had to really explain to them properly how to fix the glowsticks and tell them nicely but firmly that they cant all hv one each.

met kq and his gf during the night show. wat a coincidence. he denied she was his gf, but haha my gut doesnt reallie believe it. shall rely on eugene for more gossip haha. so ba gua!

went to the S’pore History Musuem at Dhoby Guat w/o realising that it was under renovation and is temporarily housed at Clarke Quay or smwhere else. :sad1 so disappointing. so no choice but to head to the Singapore Art Musuem for the Botero exhibition. again, was disappointed dat only 2 of his sculptures would be housed there while the rest were scattered around the Esplanade area. :sad1 so juz saw his paintings only. it was quite cool, except i was like, what humanism are you talkin abt?

met the gals for dinner at Billy Bombers. nv been there b4, but i think the food is not bad leh. haha ate a lot again as usual. din reallie feel like goin home yet, but quite late aso alrdy, and not the whole grp wanted to go out, and no place to go anyway, so we all juz went home.

went to sch to help HY return all the stuff back to the office. went to Far East to look for a xmas pressie. found the perfect brown monkey tshirt. went to PS Carrefour, and was supposed to shop with HY but she had to run home aft her haircut bcos of sm1. haha. den went to City Hall to get another last min, desperate xmas pressie. and bought all the stuff i needed for my xmas eve dinner. the dinner was okie; i cooked a lot less this yr, but still had too much food. really thank Buddha that we, and i, are so blessed. things have changed since last year, but at least we’re healthy and safe.

went to visit Ms Ng on Xmas Day and received presents. haha nothing much, but it was nice of her to give us anyway. got a sleeping Baby Pooh bear. so damn cute i cant stand it. i juz grin and hug it whenever i see it. the baby pooh is sleeping on his tummy, with a towel under his mouth to wipe his drool haha :beam1

was quite disturbed by some stuff over the wkend, but i guess, and it looks like it’s all settled now.

ahhh so long nv blog cos so lazy!! haha i betta blog all these down b4 the year passes!

aniwaes the camp was cool. quite slack lah actually. 1st day we met earlier to go thru last min admin stuff. gosh, movin 3 tins of 7-ltr paint, 2 big plastic bags containing like 20 polo shirts and 30 tshirts worth $519, one big box of Gardenia bread (15 loaves and 60 buns), 3 sleeping bags and my own stuff. dunno still got wat else, but it was damn heavy lah. poor YY had like 10+ sleeping bags to carry, and even worse, Eugene had 30 cartons of Yeos drinks and 60 Teenage mags. not forgettin Gary’s 60 M1 goodie bags and 20 pkts of Nescafe satchets.

so yups helped to pack the goodie bags, nearly forgot wat else to put in cos there seemed to be so many stuff lying all over the place. aniweas the youths came, and there was ice breaking, except dat of course the facis conducted it so i juz slacked wahahah. played Bluff with eugene, kq, yy and kc. obviously eugene wld finish first. i came in 2nd cos kq kept thinkin i wld be bluffing, but hey i’m such a gd gal, i swear i reallie din lie durin the game at all kaez. yups so i got bored, wandered around, ‘supervised’ the other acitivites and chatted with LC and NicN. den it was lunch, den painting, and more supervision from yours truly. oh but halfway i went to set up the nightwalk obstacles. den there was dinner and nightwalk. bleah walked thru the botanic gardens lookin for the grps to pass them flashlights. anwieas i was manning the obstacle course, and it was pretty funny and entertaining to see the youths navigate it while blindfolded!

2nd day no breakfast!! :sad1 went to Sentosa to prepare for the adventure race. blur me forgot to give the jigsaw pieces to the grps. aniwaes aft every1 cleared my station, jinda and i went to the beach to prepare the last station. the weather was freaking hot. luckily gary was around to help us move the heavy water guns and stuff. den we waited for all the grps to arrive. played a bit of frisbee but got bored. den last station, den lunch, den slacking. hm the program ended early so there was quite abit of free time, so juz left the youths to play on their own. not very good actually, but i think most ppl were tired aft the mornin race. so the rest of us were juz slackin in the shade, talkin rubbish. there was an awkward moment when ralph asked a qn, and elene was miffed and walked off. aniweas it started raining, but thank goodness we were all nearin the visitor centre. waited for the bus cos the uncle was late!! went back for BBQ.

muz say..the bbq was a great success!! :beam1 all thanx to me!! wahahha. cos everything from the food, down to the ice and skewers and utensils and charcoal were sponsored!! ben and jason came up to me and commended me on a job well done. jason even said i shld join the main club and he said they’ll arrow me for future sponsorship stuff. er thanx but no thanx. jason was so serious when talkin to me that i wasnt used to it. he said cos on official biz so muz be serious. bah! oh KW was amazed dat i got the bbq sponsorship. he finally realised dat i wasnt juz a slacker! haha. you should juz see the look on his face when he realised it. anwieas erm we had 4 pits but the youths commanded them all, so the facis and plannin comm din reallie eat at all. so aft they went back to wash up and debrief, den we ate watever dat was left. and dat was like 12+am liaoz? aft the debrief, still had to clean up. there was a lot of chicken wings and dunno wat else left, so eugene took them all home. shite so wasted!! aniwaes it was like 1+am b4 i finally got to bath. convinced KW to wait for me b4 we ate instant noodles together. ya the dinner on both nites not enuf, so jinda and log ppl had to go out and buy lotsa instant noodles back for us. yups so we had instant noodles, and entertainment was provided by Yen and Nic, cos Yen was watchin sm Idol stuff on her lappie. den gary, kq, mag and karen aso came downstairs to play Uno. so..hm duno why but i took damn long to eat my noodles. den watched the Idol stuff. den by the time i finished, HY and Eugene fell aslp doin sentry. actually HY, Eugene and Gary were supposed to do sentry with me aso lah. but i juz told them both to go slp, den went back downstairs to play Uno haha. around like 4am, Yen, Nic and Karen went to slp. KQ stopped playing, so left Gary, Mag and I. we played till like 5.30am den they couldnt tk it and went up to slp, even tho we were all supposed to wake up at 6am!! so…i tried to stay awake for half an hr, cos canot leave the sentry post unguarded mah..not very good impression lor. so Mag tried to accompany me, and fell aslp. while i myself nodded off. gosh, dat half an hr was so nan guo. aniweas finally it was over. :psycho1

well so b4 seein ProfW on monday..i went shoppiN! window shoppin lah; still tryin to find sm more gifts. picked up a bag frm centrpt so juz walked around there lor. nothin much 1..so walked down. haha i wear slippers, albeit the more gu-niang kind, but wear OP tshirt and skirt and tk the humongous pink auntie bag, and… i walked into Ferragamo and A|X and goodness knoes wat else!! i couldnt be bothered man. okie lah prolly it’s normal for ppl like evie and ting.. but for me..i’ve been gathering the courage to walk in for a million yrs!! haha ya but the SF store nothin much 1 leh. nothin interests me. but wow, i finally finally found the perfect tshirt at A|X!!! but dun hv the size. so hard to buy gift for a guy!! wah i reallie :heart1 dat tshirt alot man..uhhum i knoe it’s not for me and im not gonna wear it ultimately but still, dat design was the most stylo of the lot man. grrrr. so in the end i din get anythin else dat day.

was quite upset aft dat cos of the meetin with ProfW; surprisingly KQ noticed and he asked me abt it. bt i onli felt much betta aft complaining to eugene, tho the poor guy is in the same boat as me anyway. oops.

had facilitation in the evenin lor. the games were fun, but not the talkin part tho. it wasnt..reallie veri..useful? ended like quite late..got home late..slpt late again..sianz..

earli tues morn..went to meet mrs chua! brought her a log cake..and got pooh blueberry muffins in return haha. i :heart1 :heart1 :heart1 her youngest daughter. she was so cute!! so sweet when she kissed me on the cheek and hugged me. aww :heart1 aniweas yea she offered to help check my resume and keep a ear out for any internship opportunites for me when i said dat i do not hv priority frm my sch. so nice of her ya?

aft dat went to meet my ex-colleagues. so quiet in the office cos now dec, every1’s on leave. brought another log cake, got free lunch and a keychain frm korea. and they invited me to the D&D!! haha but not cfrm yet lah..if not i hv to go find clothes liaoz bleah..

went to get sleepin bags from shiuan aft dat. actually got 1 from mrs chua liaoz and aso got bks from jo. alamak so heavy!! den still hv to go all the way to bishan. so damn shagged.

went with Yen to meet the printer. ehm rather the lady who is in charge of printing our camp tshirts. wah their sizing realli very huge lor, i can even wear XS. we had a hard time tryin to decide the sizing for the guys, cos dunno whether it’s safe to ‘downsize’ for them. hope we got the correct sizes. which reminds me, i need to go type out who’s gettin wat so i wun get confused when i collect them nxt wk.

Tues 7th Dec 2004
went with HY to meet one of my sponsors to collect stuff. i could hv gone alone, but previously he mentioned that he wanted to me abt the club and the activities, so of course hv to call hy along lor. but in the end he wasn’t there, he was in Dubai meetin his gf! wah! so i met his other colleague instead. who had long eyebrows, how shld i say it? nvm but it was pretty eye-catchin to say the least. so aft dat we went to PS to meet her fren and walked around. den i went to meet darrell for Blade Trinity. which was quite a disappointment i think. i think even the 2nd one was betta. hm the storyline was abit..holey? haha but the entertainment was good lah. to hell with blade, i preferred King and Abigail a lot more. man, they were both H-O-T. and the lines dat Ryan Reynolds dished out. and the funniest part was, other than the vampire vibrators, were the dogs. the same ones who were injected with vampire DNA and could reallie kill. haha they very cute leh. and i din realise the big guy was Triple H. aniwaes ya luckily din hv to pay the full ticket price for it lor.

Wed 8th Dec 2004
met up with the gang from sec sch. 1 person less though, obviously, sadly. and yes, cmi, they all so xiao zhi compared to me, and eat so much lesser compared to me lah!! mk me feel so guilty abt the amount i was eatin. haha. aniweas while we were takin photos, this ang moh came to stand beside YH and started posing with her. XX was stunned but gamely took a pic as they both waved at the camera. den the guy smiled, said ‘au revoir’, leavin the rest in stunned silence as i returned his greeting (?) and he calmly crossed the road to the hotel opposite. haha arguably the biggest highlight of the night, other den catchin up with all of them aft so damn long, and other den the trishaw uncle who so coolly stopped by the roadside of the busy junction and provided ambience with his loud music.

yes so..Thurs today is a rest day. b4 another whirlwind day tmrw. more walkin!! and eatin!! haha i seem to be out all the time and not doin stuff which im supposed to be doin. like packing, studyin and resting. bleah.:psycho1

i’m feelin shagged!!

let’s see. thurs was spent at sentosa. almost the whole day. was damn tired in the morn lah, and i hate goin sentosa. so my face was so black. kaiyi msged me to cheer me up cos she saw me!! but by the time i got her msg she was alrdy at the busstop liaoz :pout1 so i couldnt see her. so sad.

yups we were supposed to meet at 11 i think? but dear eugene was like damn late lah. almost an hour. cos the bugger went out clubbin till 530am, cut flyers till 7am and onli slept aft that. so we all had to wait for him.

so took shuttle bus. haha i very long nv been there, i think ever since i was a little gal. so felt quite suaku. had lunch at BK. sux man. dats like the 2nd time in 2 days dat i had BK. i din wanna eat but got nothin else there lor!! sucky plc. hv i mentioned alrdy how much i dun like sentosa?

so we started off on our route. i was with eugene, kh and kw. haha crappiest time i ever had!! seriously, it was non-stop laughter. kw is so full of crap lah, he nv stops talkin, and always spouts funny nonsense. with sm1 lydat, kh naturally would crap more aso. like i said, eugene was kinda stoned lah so he nv reallie say much, juz once in a while, but still hilarious nonetheless. so ya, with like 3 guys with me, i can juz slack and laugh, dun hv to worry abt reading maps or the navigation cos they can do it all! haha. wah seriously, i dun mean to demean a national tourist attraction, but it was reallie CMI. sm part were so dead, nothin much was happenin at most areas. there was even stagnant water at the enchanted grove of tembusu! so icky. and they wasted money on like installing this crappy sensor at the water cooler. bleah. wasted my $3. so aniwaes we took the extremely long monorail ride back to palawan beach to meet the rest.

aft dat we split up to go back to tampines to distribute flyers for the garang guni. was grouped with YT, kq, dor, mag and kw. so we had..25 blocks to cover? so had to split up again. for the first block we went door-to-door. den YT realised we could juz slot the flyer into the letterbox even tho it was locked; we could squeeze it into a slot above the orginal locked slot. so we did much faster aft dat. our flyers ran out b4 we could cover all the blocks. so we re-grouped again and realised dat mag’s grp has some more flyers left. i felt damn bad. cos they finished all the blocks but we din bcos we din hv enuf flyers. so ya i was the ‘leader’ of the grp lah, so basically it was my call. so obviously, being the angel dat i am :beam1 i decided dat i shld go back and distribute it. kq joined me cos ya, he sorta understood how i felt. so in the end, even tho kw was mkin a lot of noise of being tired and all, he and the rest all went back lah. so we split up again, and moved a lot faster. so we managed to finish by 715pm or so. felt so glad dat my teammates were so supportive even tho every1 was tired aft a long day.

dor and i then took a cab to DBS Arts Ctr. kao of all the days and times to hv a jam, it was dat day, at dat time, at both the PIE and ECP. crapshitcurryfishhead. so yes we were (fashionably) late for our play for 5 mins.

hm forgot to say dat last wk i went to watch Wimbledon. nice show, not bad, but not worth more den 6.5 i guess. juz mindless entertainment lor. but the tennis scenes were good, felt so inspired to tk up tennis aft watchin haha. tho jie thinks it’s too exaggerated and not realistic, but hey this is a movie, wat do u expect? Kirsten Dunst is simply Y-U-M-M-Y!! and so is Paul Bettany!! :yum1 i like his best fren in the movie, wat’s his name? cute yet gay lookin at the same time. and dat arrogant tennis player? aso cute!! :beam1

on Sun went to usher for The Visit of the Tai Tai. haha i juz love the title and the images it conjures. but hm it wasnt as fantastic as i expected it to be leh. abit kao-bei as usual, and the ending was so drama-mama. and i aso dun understand the endin and dunno wat they tryin to do. but i think ivan heng is good man. and the sound effects were good.

too bad had to give up tix to The Physicists. think dat was a pretty good show? but i would prolly not hv understood it anyway. ya and even tho i wanted to watch Hubbies4Hire, Pat said it wasnt dat great, so hm guess it’s not a loss if i dun watch it.

gonna usher for Aladdin in Dec! :buck1 den got free show. haha i’m startin to like this ushering stuff. even if i alwayz mk the mistk of askin ‘involved’ ppl to do feedback. :blush1

ahh in sch now waitin for tax meetin to start. dunno where is everyone else. all 15 mins late!!! wat onli..

anwieas saw Belinda Lee and Chong Qing at my sch filmin the school belle and beau show!! belinda is soo pretty in person!!! and her calves are very muscular! but she’s very sweet and friendly. i wonder if they filmed my grp. cos we were doin proj there, dunno why my fren chose dat table. yiqing and i went down later, and i din realised the filming crew was there until my fren told me.

anwieas belinda came up to ask us where to get panadol. wonder who’s sick? wah think filmin is hard work. she looks kinda tired. and poor chong qing had to roll on the ground and pretend to be dead. anwieas when she asked abt the panadol, i took the chance to ask her for an autograph for amanda. hehe she was so sweet and obliging abt it. no airs, and she even asked for my fren’s name and wrote a short msg to her. i thought she wld juz sign her name and dats’ it. den everyone started tkin pics with her. she’s very photogenic leh, looks very nice in the pic. tryin to acitivite my IR so dat my fren can send me the pics. too bad i nv bring digicam!!! now dat’s reallie an advantage of a cam phone lor..cam available everywhere at anytime.

aniwaes the fnce proj seems to be progressin along very well. we’re almost done alrdy. not bad at all. hope nothin bad crops up later. sianz AIS is worryin me the most now. betta go do my database now and research for tax..
