wah this crazy week is finally over!!
like so jiak lat man, i think now every term aso sure gonna hv one hell wk liaoz. over the last wkend i had a tk-home corp quiz. damn it, i mean okie the consol statements part was tricky lor!!! i din think dat i had to minus away the net profit for the yr, dats why i couldnt balance it initially. i think a lot of ppl couldn’t balance..luckily ven saw it..so kiang rite..so in the end, when we checked ans with everyone else, they couldnt balance so we had to tell them. den the 2nd qn dunno wat equity method sai..wahlau i tot quite simple and was wonderin why 25m..den last min NicW told ven dat smthin was wrong.. like Sun midnite oki!!! i was reallie kan cheong man..den in the end dunno whether our ans correct anot..and the last qn. RATIOS!! like wth. i mean, okie so simple juz follow formulae, pluck figures out of the FS and calculate rite? WRONG LOR!! it was so damn hard to pull the figures out. i mean, hw u knoe which 1 is NOPAT and which 1 is NPAT? wats the diff? den EBITDA? which figure do u use den u add back interest and all dat? crapshitcurryfishhead man.
do u knoe wat time i stayed in sch until on sat nite?! 12midnite lor!!kaoz on a Sat no less, and its onli wk 4. not like wk 12/13 hv to rush proj man. wk 4 onli leh!! kaoz. cos we were doin the corp quiz and checkin ans. den had to rush tax plannin and coy law aso. becos they were due this wk!!!
tax plannin proj was due on tues lor. and the bloody prof onli gave us the qn last wk. wth. den we had to do the tax com, and think abt wat kinda assumptions to mk den u can knoe wat figures u shld put in and wat u shldnt mah. den tues aso had tax plannin test. wahlau. den wed coy law proj+presentation. and i dunno why, mebbe cos i nv study properly, or mebbe cos im still blur abt it, but i had such a hard time with the proj! thought so long abt it..and for my qn, the whole group thrashed out very long..and i thought monday settled liaoz but tues nite suddenly got problem again..like my ans din mk sense..luckily K helped out a lot..like even tho i dunno him at all, he aso tried to explain to me without like, giving me all the answers directly.
and wed nite had to send my part out of the nego proj to my grp mate to compile. hell man. every nite slp late.
dunno wat all the profs hv with wk 5 man..everythin due..
tax plannin quiz was shit. so disappointed with myself. it’s not totally difficult okie.. juz dat i forgot sm stuff which i learnt..like normally dun reallie come out in income tax so i din reallie rem it..so i forgot..stupid..esp the pro vs employee qn. it was a damn giveaway. wth i juz hope to pass man. i can reallie say it was a simple quiz, but silly me.
coy law presentation. ha! sigh. quite touched dat sean msged me b4 dat to encourage me lah..haha the msg was quite funny.. but i was disappointed with myself again. nv read enuf. my part was okie lah, i mean, luckily K helped so it was okie in the end. but the other qns..like i cldnt help my frens when they were fired at lor. not dat our answers were wrong, but the prof was juz presentin an alternative POV and i din knoe enuf to help them. my fault again. defn the worst presentation yet. hope nothin will be worse den this. hope tax will be okie..
actualli today i quite good mood one leh..i mean okie lah even tho i had nego meetin in the aftnn and hv to meet sm ppl..grr but i was still feelin okie bcos the end of my wk is here! den..went to class and prof say the test will be wed..2 wks from now..at 7pm!! like wth. seriously this was even worse den fnce last sem lah. at least last sem mornin class, den can go home slack den come back for test in the evening. but my wed is a packed day lah. like wtf. coy law, den work&family. by the time i end im so tired alrdy, how to even think for the quiz?!?!? shit man. spoilt my mood totally. why dun hv it in class!?! not onli will it be betta in the sense dat i wun be so tired..but at least can ask NicW abt the qns cos he’s in the wed class. argh!! grr!! cant stand it. and i cant even skip work&fam cos its the last lesson liaoz..if not i will sure skip lor..hai..sux…
nxt wk CNY. crap man. wat kinda holiday when i hv 4 journals, 1 term paper and 1 freakin quiz due?! and im wwaaaaayyyyyy behind for coy law readings, and corp readings aso. and still muz pia the FRS b4 the quiz, cos i think mebbe he might hv sm qns on mcq from there.. shit man..CNY first day come out show my face tk $$..aft dat can go hide underground and mug liaoz..sianz..
